Love this book; The thing is that the book looks like it is about not giving a fuck about anything, But in fact, the book tells you how to decide what to give a fuck about and how to measure it. I thought that this was gonna be like most books - 200 pages of fluff around one single idea, but no. There are many ideas explained in this book and also shown on real-life examples. Love it. Mark Manson, you've done a great job
Almost every single motivational book uses all kinds of methods, stories from over 3000 years of time span + some scientific studies. All in a book that is supposed to motivate you and help you build discipline. And the fact that all Goggins had to do was simply write his own biography is just spectacular.
