Will people ever change?
This tome of a book was the first Stephen King fiction I've read in quite a while. Times have changed, (believe me, reading this in the times of Corona only heightened the experience), people have moved on - but still. King is the King. Once you get in, you just keep going and going until the finish.
Speaking of the finish though, I won't spoil anything, but you know what they say about King's endings... You'll see what I mean once you get there.
A quick, inspiring listen about how important focus and practice are, either in running or in writing. That, and having talent - and even though I can’t judge Murakami’s talent in running, his talent in writing keeps bringing me back to his books.
A comfy, summer read.
But don't read it before you've seen the movie!
Elaborates on a few things, adds a ton when it comes to backstories of our characters (Cliff!) and manages to surprise (esp. with what Tarantino does with the ending).
Go for it!
+Velmi dobre spracovanie a informacii o kazdom z prezidentov tak akurat.
+Paradne graficke spracovanie.
+Odporucania knih na zaver.
-Velke mnozstvo preklepov a chybiciek, co je velka skoda. Obcas to vyzera, ako keby to preslo upravou len raz, a aj to rychlo.
-Komentuje rozpoltenost dnesnej Ameriky, hovori o dalsom moznom vyvoji - no toto narativne vlakno (az do povedzme Obamu) len velmi tazko najst a v knihe sledovat.
