Les Mots

An amusing delve into the vocabulary and composition of French words. French words derive mainly from Latin but also from German and the richness of the French language bears witness to different influences throughout its history. "Les mots" looks at the way words are constructed, their meaning and allows students to learn their origins. There are more than 190 exercises in the book ranging from level A2 - C1 of the CEFRL for students to actively use the vocabulary in question with tables summarising points. An answer key is included. "Les mots" replaces "Le Chemin des mots".
